  • Three weeks, 2+ hour sessions, on Zoom (A good internet connection, camera, and microphone are needed – details how to join will be sent on sign-up)
  • We take your mental health and happiness VERY seriously, so you need to also!  Be there. Be on time!

  • Digital handouts for skills and homework are all included (Yes homework, but we try to keep in fun!)
